Sanman Academy (Creative Development of Young Artists)

Creative Development of Young Artists

The SANMAN Academy Creative Development for Young Artist (“CDYA”) program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for young artists from the ages of 14-25 to express their creativity in various mediums.  SANMAN recognizes that the passion to create art is often suppressed by the novice and lacks encouragement in the scholastic environment.  The SANMAN Academy program creates a safe space for aspiring artists to learn, create, and collaborate with their peers and professional practitioners.

Local Artist encourage participants to identify animate or inanimate objects, concepts, experiences and/or persons in their environment to use as inspiration for the creative process.  Facilitators will guide participants on how to use various mediums to express their individual interpretations. The SANMAN Academy program can be facilitated at SANMAN Studios or in a classroom setting.

Artists will have an opportunity to show their work in the SANMAN Gallery for public viewing.

As always, your donation for this ambitious and focused endeavor is appreciated.  Please select and link to our donation portal.  All donations are tax deductible under the IRS code 501c3 statute.

If you’re interested in volunteering in some capacity for the program, please contact us for additional information.
